Your Better Self Program

Step 1 -Your Health History – FREE First Consultation

 

This is when we learn about each other. We will talk about your present and past health, your lifestyle, your daily routine, and your goals and health concerns. I will explain how the program works and how I can help you. If we both think we are a great fit for each other, we go to the next step to start Your Better Self Program.

 

Step 2 - Your Better Self Program (6 months)

 

During these six months, you will engage on a journey of self-learning. You will start to listen to and understand what your body has long been telling you. And you are going to discover how to convert this knowledge into strategies and actions to reach the goals that were defined during your Health History consultation, along with any other goals that emerge in the process.

 

Any long-lasting improvement in your life requires a lifestyle change, and to achieve it you need to create new habits. New habits need time to be implemented. That’s why the program continues for months—to give your body and your mind the time they need to turn these new strategies and actions into habits.

 

How does it work?

 

- 12 sessions (sessions every other week)

- Follow-up email with session notes and reading material

- Unlimited email/text coaching, giving you the necessary accountability

- Materials about things we discussed during the sessions and other interesting topics

- Recipes to help you put into action things we discussed during our sessions, and special gifts throughout the program
